For more than a decade Randy has served as a business-minded transactional attorney advising private equity groups, family offices and operating companies with regard to strategic initiatives, including company formation and governance, capital markets, debt and equity financing, human resource management, product commercialization, real estate and commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

From his experience in the trenches, Randy has become highly skilled at assessing value and risk, and identifying value-creating opportunities.  A strong negotiator, Randy consistently excels at underwriting, structuring and executing complicated transactions.

A Colorado native, Randy graduated summa cum laude from Regis University in 2002 and from Harvard Law School in 2005. Active in the community, Randy has been repeatedly named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine, was selected as one of Denver’s 40 under 40 by the Denver Business Journal in 2015, and is a member of the Leadership Denver Class of 2016.
